It’s best to always be careful with what you say publicly, especially these days when there’s a “fact-checker” around every corner and you’re a politician.

Last week former vice president Joe Biden stated “marijuana might be a gateway drug” and “the truth of the matter is, there’s not nearly been enough evidence that has been acquired as to whether or not it is a gateway drug.” Yet only one week later, after a barrage of opposition, he now has something different to say.
